License
Purchasing Sotto grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 2 Macs simultaneously. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer the software.
One-time purchase
Sotto is sold as a one-time purchase. All future updates are included at no additional cost. Your license does not expire.
Trial
Sotto includes a 7-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial. After the trial period, a license must be purchased to continue using the app.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No reason is required. Contact hello@getsotto.app to request a refund.
No warranty
Sotto is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Sotto relies on Apple frameworks that may change without notice. We reserve the right to adapt the app in response to macOS changes, but cannot guarantee that all features will remain available indefinitely.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sotto and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sotto after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
